Shipping policy

Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process to account for location and weight of item. You can upgrade your shipping to expedite delivery for in stock items. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 2-4 business days of purchase. Shipping times may differ according to the availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. Little Bird Charleston is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages by the US Postal Service. We suggest that you upgrade your shipping to priority USPS which gives you a tracking number and $50.00 of insurance.
